Let’s add Dr Tariq Mushtaq to the list of merciless dentists. After freezing the patient up for an emergency wisdom tooth-removal, he discovered he didn’t have enough money for the whole procedure, and made him go get more. then he made him wait after getting it, so the freezing wore off before he was done. What a prize.
