I know zillions of people have a Facebook page, but…should Auschwitz have one? You are reading that correctly. I nearly lost my lunch when I saw the words “Auschwitz has a facebook page.”
I know it’s a museum now, and the page was designed to reach out to youth to talk about the holocaust, but there’s something disturbing about adding Auschwitz as a friend on Facebook.
I have no problem with the idea of a YouTube channel as long as the videos are tasteful, which by the sounds of it they are, but…Facebook? That’s just weird. Am I alone in this?
