Help me out here. In Scotland, if you hump a bike, you’re going on the sex-offender registry right away. But if you engage in online sexual relations with a 14-year-old girl, and threaten her and her friends if she doesn’t come to her webcam and do things to get you going, you don’t have to worry about being extradited, or charged in any way. In what world does that make sense? In any case, that’s what’s happening with Keith Andrew Anthony Bain. I wish they’d say why he wouldn’t be charged. This seems like a no-brainer. Jurisdictional limitations are so frustrating sometimes.
