Sometimes the criminals make it easy for police by crashing into their cruisers or parking in their garages and then claiming they live there, but sometimes it’s even easier. It gets especially easy when the investigator’s chief suspect is himself, as happened with David Boruchowitz . He turned himself in, and then sent out a media release, complete with his booking photo and said
my duties include investigating and arresting people who commit crimes, “no matter who they may be.”
Wow, that’s one honest man, or something. Maybe he could have skipped all the committing burglary and assault parts.
