I don’t know how long this video has been around, but it’s a neat idea.
Both times I’ve gone to GDB, they always warn me that people find out how out of shape they are when they start training, and lots of people get shin splints and the like. I guess someone has come up with an exercise set that should help people prepare for guide dog training. They look to be a bunch of upper body, abdominal, and lower body stretches. I might keep it around and try it just for fun, and see how soon I find out I’m out of shape, even though I have a guide dog. One never knows haha.
